This expanding community offers a high-demand market for both residents and businesses.

Why Ipswich?

Ipswich is a rapidly growing city in Queensland. During the 2024-2025 financial year, the population increased by 3.5%, adding 9,000 new residents to the area. Ipswich's economy is valued at $15 billion and supports over 95,000 jobs. In response to this significant population growth, the Ipswich City Council has allocated $165 million for capital works in the 2025 Budget. This amount is projected to rise to nearly $200 million in 2026-2027 and $211 million in the following year. The budget is designed to ensure that infrastructure, roads, and other assets develop alongside the expanding community. Ipswich is expected to continue its trend as one of Queensland's fastest-growing Local Government Areas (LGA), with the population expected to more than double by 2046.
