Queensland dominates the top 10 investor hot spot list.


According to the Hotspotting National Top 10 Positive Cashflow Hotspots report, Queensland has dominated the list with four suburbs offering capital growth potential, affordability, and cash flow. The report indicated that regional areas in Queensland are increasingly becoming preferred locations for educated investors seeking cash flow and capital growth. Regional Queensland is experiencing strong growth due to major infrastructure projects under construction and its affordability. The top 10 list includes eight locations for houses: Glen Eden, Bundaberg North, and Berserker in Queensland; Elizabeth Downs in South Australia; West Tamworth in NSW; and Orelia, Geraldton, and Withers in Western Australia. Additionally, two unit suburbs made the national top 10: Bowen Hills in Brisbane and Yorkeys Knob in the Northern Beaches of Cairns. Gladstone's economy encompasses a variety of projects spanning multiple sectors, contributing to a more stable residential property market.
